Maeve + Allan, The Estate on Second

Allan and Maeve finished getting ready, then met outside The Estate on Second for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Allan around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a tulle and lace wedding dress. Sweet compliments were shared, and smiles filled their faces as the two embraced the moment. After, the couple went upstairs to read personal, handwritten vows. In the privacy of the Bridal Suite, and behind closed curtains, Maeve and Allan read from their vow books professing their love for each other. The intimate moment came to a close and the wedding party lined up downstairs for the ceremony as guests began arriving.

Pink, peach, blue and purple flowers decorated a golden backdrop inside the Crystal Ballroom for Allan and Maeve’s wedding. Guests signed the bride and groom’s guest book and found a seat inside. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their friends and family, the bride and groom read their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Thai Chicken Spring Rolls and Sticky Pork Belly Bites were tray passed for cocktail hour while the bar served up Midori Sour and Tokyo Tea signature drinks. While everyone mixed and mingled, the newlyweds wandered around the venue posing for photos together as husband and wife and smiling for family pictures. As soon as the sun began to set, everyone headed back into the Crystal Ballroom for reception.

Sparkling chandeliers hung above tables topped with light blue runners, fresh floral bud vases, and flickering candles. Allan and Maeve made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Gochujang Chicken, Sesame and Ginger Beef, Pineapple Fried Rice, Broccolini Spears, and Flat Noodles with Black Bean Sauce was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Patti. After dinner the couple cut into their wed velvet wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Taste of Asia Dessert Station with a collection of Yuzu-Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Café Sua Da Macarons, and Golden Milk Flan with Chai Whipped Cream. The evening ended with our large group photo and lots of dancing out on the dance floor.
