Corporate Event Venue in Santa Ana

An historic 1923 building with architecture worth showing up for.

Your team has seen the conference rooms and they've seen the hotels, so give them something new to talk about that actually feels like a special event setting. The Estate on Second is a 1923 Georgian Colonial building in downtown Santa Ana. Exposed brick, original wooden beams, tall windows, and crystal chandeliers are just some of the venue features that set the space apart from the rest.

Multiple rooms make The Estate on Second perfect for product launches, client dinners, team celebrations, quarterly meetings, and more. Configure the event to your liking - presentations in one space, cocktails in another, dinner in the ballroom, the choice is yours with room to host up to 175 guests.

The Estate on Second may be a recent addition to Orange County’s hospitality scene, but its historic structure has been located in the heart of Santa Ana since 1923. What began as a building to house the Southern Counties Gas Company, has transitioned from office to restaurant and much more. Once we laid eyes on this historic, magnificent building, starting our own venue made perfect sense.

Over the years, exposed beams and worn brick have shaped the building’s resilient framework. Tiles and wood floors from a previous life mark the entryway that leads into a grand room full of arched, Palladian windows flooding the area with natural light.
