Downtown Santa Ana Wedding Venue

A Venue located in the Heart of Santa Ana.

Downtown Santa Ana is a cultural hub for award-winning restaurants, bars with character, murals, and a real art scene, and The Estate on Second sits at its heart. Standing notably as a historic 1923 Georgian Colonial building on 2nd Street, The Estate is just a block from the action but private enough to feel like yours. Get acquainted with the neighborhood and host your rehearsal dinner at one of the local spots or opt for brunch the day after your wedding. Out-of-towners get to experience a side of OC most people miss.

Exposed brick, tall Palladian windows, and original beams adorn the venue creating a beautiful blank canvas for your special event. Multiple functional spaces offer different atmospheres and backdrops to cater to your event vision.

Jay's Catering, and family-owned business since 1967, restored this building and designed every room. They run the venue and the kitchen ensuring a seamless process from first inquiry to last plate cleared.

The Estate on Second may be a recent addition to Orange County’s hospitality scene, but its historic structure has been located in the heart of Santa Ana since 1923. Over the years, exposed beams and worn brick have shaped the building’s resilient framework. Tiles and wood floors from a previous life mark the entryway that leads into a grand room full of arched, Palladian windows flooding the area with natural light.
