Downtown Santa Ana Wedding Venue

In the middle of everything. Walk to dinner before, bars after

Downtown Santa Ana isn't like the rest of Orange County. It's got an actual downtown — restaurants that aren't chains, bars with character, galleries and murals and a real arts scene.

The Estate on Second sits right in it. A 1923 Georgian Colonial building on 2nd Street, a block from the action but private enough to feel like yours.

Your guests can grab dinner at one of the neighborhood spots before the ceremony. After the last dance, they walk to a cocktail bar instead of driving to a hotel. Out-of-towners get to experience a side of OC most people miss.Inside, the building does the work. Exposed brick, tall Palladian windows, original beams. The Crystal Ballroom for receptions, The Terrace for ceremonies overlooking the city, The Attic for something smaller.

Jay's Catering restored this building and designed every room. They run the venue and the kitchen — one team, one vision, third generation since 1967.

The Estate on Second may be a recent addition to Orange County’s hospitality scene, but its historic structure has been located in the heart of Santa Ana since 1923. Over the years, exposed beams and worn brick have shaped the building’s resilient framework. Tiles and wood floors from a previous life mark the entryway that leads into a grand room full of arched, Palladian windows flooding the area with natural light.
