Photoshoot Venue in Santa Ana

Exposed brick. Palladian windows. Natural light all day. Multiple looks, one location.

Tall windows on every floor. Light shifts through the building all day — soft in the morning, dramatic by afternoon, golden before sunset.

The Estate on Second was built in 1923 and it shows. Worn brick, original beams, hardwood floors with a century of character. Georgian Colonial architecture that gives you texture and elegance in the same frame.

The Crystal Ballroom for grand scale and chandeliers. The Attic for moody, intimate shots. The Terrace for downtown skyline. The Veranda for brick exteriors and softer backgrounds. Step outside and you're in the arts district — murals, alleys, urban texture within walking distance.

Editorial. Commercial. Fashion. Brand campaigns. One location, multiple setups, no moving trucks between scenes.

Half-day and full-day rates available. Private access to the entire building. Catering on-site if your crew needs it.

The Estate on Second may be a recent addition to Orange County’s hospitality scene, but its historic structure has been located in the heart of Santa Ana since 1923. Over the years, exposed beams and worn brick have shaped the building’s resilient framework. Tiles and wood floors from a previous life mark the entryway that leads into a grand room full of arched, Palladian windows flooding the area with natural light.
