The Estate on Second started as the Southern Counties Gas Company headquarters in 1923. A century later, the bones remain - Georgian Colonial architecture, Palladian windows, exposed beams and worn brick that are original to the building. Jay's Catering found the building and saw what it could be. They restored it, designed every detail, and bought The Estate on Second to life. The same team that runs the kitchen created the venue!
Located in the heart of downtown Santa Ana, The Estate on Second is walking distance to the best restaurants, bars, and arts district. Your guests can explore before or stay out after. Get ready in The Studio downstairs and Bridal Suite upstairs that boasts hardwood floors, getting ready stations, beautiful furniture and custom details. For reception, The Crystal Ballroom seats up to 175 under sparkling chandeliers, and Speakeasy during cocktail hour transports you back to the 1920s. Step outside onto the Veranda to take a breath away from the celebration.
The Estate on Second is owned and operated by Jay’s Catering who handles food, beverage, and service entirely in-house for a seamless, white-glove experience.
