Brooke + Robbie, The Estate on Second

Brooke and Robbie met upstairs in the Estate on Second’s Bridal Suite for their first look. A squeeze on the shoulder signaled Robbie to turn around. Smiles and happy tears were shared while the couple complimented one another. After the intimate moment, the bride and groom headed outside where their bridesmaids and groomsmen were waiting for them for group pictures. The bridesmaids were dressed in maroon and the groomsmen wore brown. Together they smiled for the camera creating lasting memories before lining up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Crystal Ballroom and took a seat under sparkling chandeliers. Pampas grass lined the aisle and floral pillars stood tall in front of the center Palladian window. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Robbie and Brooke read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Glazed Pear and Goat Cheese Tarts were tray passed around the Speakeasy for cocktail hour while the bar was serving Whiskey Sour and Kentucky Mule signature drinks. Guests left voice messages at the newlywed’s audio guest book and added brush strokes to a canvas leaving their official mark of attendance. After mixing and mingling, everyone headed back into the Crystal Ballroom for reception.

Tables were topped with fall-inspired details creating an overall romantic atmosphere. The newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance and took a seat.  Chicken Marsala, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Almond Rice Pilaf, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, and Pear and Walnut Salad was served while family and friends shared toasts. The menu was selected by Robbie and Brooke with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner, the couple cut into their marble wedding cake with cappuccino creme filling and invited their guests to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with a collection of Mini Lemon Curd Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Creme with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots and Kouign Amann pastries. The evening ended with lots of photos taken in the photo booth and plenty of dancing out on the dance floor.
