The Estate on Second offers four distinct spaces:

### The Crystal Ballroom
The centerpiece of The Estate. A grand indoor event space featuring soaring ceilings, sparkling crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls, and Palladian windows that flood the space with natural light during daytime events. Ceremonies take place beneath the chandeliers with the draped doorway arch as the focal point, where vows and promises are said drenched in light from the Palladian windows. Receptions feature dinner and dancing under the crystal chandeliers. The Ballroom's architectural details—original brickwork, elegant moldings, and grand proportions—create a naturally stunning backdrop that requires minimal additional décor.

### The Speakeasy
Step back in time. A dark passageway leads to a massive bar, a luxe lounge, and a vintage player piano. Brick walls and iron beams add to the moody, prohibition-era character. The Speakeasy serves as the primary cocktail hour space, where guests are transported to another era while enjoying hors d'oeuvres and drinks. The space's intimate, atmospheric lighting and vintage details make it one of the most photographed areas of the venue.

### The Veranda
A side patio escape featuring brick exterior walls and gas light posts. Made for mingling before the night begins. The Veranda provides an outdoor element for cocktail hour, fresh air, and socializing, complementing the indoor spaces with an al fresco option.

### The Suite
A luxury bridal suite offering privacy before the reveal. Features vanity stations, changing space, and room to breathe. Opens 3 hours before the scheduled event start time, with optional early access starting at 8:00 AM for an additional fee.

The Estate on Second carries over a century of history. Originally the Southern Counties Gas Company headquarters, the building survived Prohibition as a storage site for whiskey-filled barrels. In the decades that followed, it became a social destination frequented by Hollywood stars including Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. ## Catering by Jay's Catering Co.

Jay's Catering is the exclusive caterer at The Estate on Second. Founded in 1967, Jay's is a third-generation family-owned Orange County catering company. All food, beverage service (including alcohol), and bar service must go through Jay's Catering.

### Signature Buffet Menus

All Signature Menus are served buffet-style with tray-passed hors d'oeuvres and include: professional uniformed wait staff, luxury Cambria ivory seating table linens, linen napkins (white/ivory/grey), premium Alexa Coupe china and Brasilia flatware, water goblets and glass coffee mugs, beverage station (homemade lemonade and citrus-infused water), and a coffee station.

All signature menus require an Event Captain at $275.00 flat fee. Service charge, delivery, gratuity, and tax are additional.
