Sur la Table Styled Shoot Featuring A Handcrafted Menu by Chef Oscar Mota

With spring around the corner and Sur la Table wanting to feature their Charlotte collection, Jacquelyn of Beijos Events reached out to us to collaborate on a Sur la Table Sexy Spring Dinner Party styled shoot at The Estate on Second. The original brick walls, sleek black floors, and sparkling chandeliers at The Estate made the perfect setting for this swanky shoot, and our Chef, Oscar, knew just the menu to complement it. Pulling from our Bespoke Menu, Oscar beautifully crafted an elevated canapé spread complete with Sautéed Wild Mushroom Bruschetta, Potato Blini with Smoked Salmon and Caviar, Flank Steak with Goat Cheese on Toast, and Chorizo, Manchego, and Olive Skewers. No dinner party is complete without a cocktail menu! At the bar, we featured Dirty Martini, French 75, and Old Fashioned mixed drinks to sip and savor. To finish, our pastry department crafted decadent Whiskey and Chocolate Infused Panna Cottas.
